OUR AFTER-SALES PROCESS
1 - Sending request
- Send email with the completed form in XLS format to rma@retelec.com for validation.
- If after review, the request is accepted, an RMA number and LABEL will be assigned.
*Your form will be accepted only when all fields are duly completed.
2 - Sending equipment for review
- Place the RMA label on the outside of the packaging in a visible place.
- Include the application form inside.
- Send the product to the address indicated by Retelec.
*1 month period to ship the merchandise.
*Shipping of the merchandise is the responsibility of the customer.
3 - Review
- Analysis, review and tests corresponding to the equipment sent.
4 - Resolution and notification
- The customer will be informed whether or not the guarantee applies.
- If it does not proceed, the reason will be informed.
- If the warranty applies and the item is in stock, the product will be replaced with your next order.
*Returns that are not related to defects in the material will be subject to a 15% depreciation on the credit amount.
